I’d like to caveat this discussion by saying: psychiatric medications help many people. There are no easy answers with this topic. Also, you may come away from this video with doubts about taking psychiatric medications. This is not a reason to decide to go off medication. Going off medication is potentially dangerous and is a decision and process that should only be undertaken under close supervision from a licensed medical professional experienced with managing psychiatric medication tapers.
